Your PC is searching for and can be discovered by Bluetooth devices

O most noble people! In Windows 10, when I go to Settings / Drivers / Bluetooth etc, under Bluetooth I see this infamous message continually going at a nice steady pace, "Your PC is searching for and can be discovered by Bluetooth devices" ...
Is this a normal process that simply doesn't stop while this particular window is opened?

I think so. Just close the window or disable the bluetooth adapter if you have no use for it.

Thank you for the reply. I was thinking it was in some kind of weird loop but from what I'm reading here and elsewhere, this is what it does. I was like another, who thought shutting off Bluetooth would effect Printers but apparently it does not then.
