4G stick does not react

Huawei 4G stick does not react to Lenovo Z50-70 laptop. Lenovo says it does not understand the programs. Nothing happens, when I join the stick to computer. Also there is problem with tablet hotspot sharing. Z50-70 does not understand anything of hotspot. It shows the headline but does not connect. This happens, when I loaded and assembled Windows 10. Lenovo has UEFI BIOS. Is that the reason?
