After 2018 auto update yesterday, one account will no longer work

One of the three accounts will not do anything since the new update. How can I reset the profile (if that is the problem), without losing anything?

Hi Beckyjo,

create a new local account and make it admin, then you can work on backing up your files and delete the offending other accounts!. :)
