Altering the width of the horizontal lines in Tables.

I've created a table in order to draft some labels for files in my filing cabinets and I want to adjust their width so the labels will slide into the file name holder. Can anyone advise?

There must be something between Microsoft and 10. Microsoft Office since the late '90s use the year for the suite of applications and a different number for the applications within the suite up until Office 2016 which had app versions 16. It's in Help, About.
