Ann odd multiboot issue.

My pc runs two Windows 10 OSs.
After switching on, the computer boots and is expected to offer two options to boot from.
Oddly both OSs appear on the GUI together with four other non-bootable partitions.
Does anyone have an idea how to eliminate the four unwanted options and leave the relevant two?
