SOLVED Anyone know how to get rid of this annoying ad in taskbar search field?

<- This ad icon changes every day, hovering over it brings up annoying ads.
I have turned everything off I can think of, including disabling Cortana in the registry.

That’s search highlights.
If you right click on the taskbar>Search>deselect ‘show search highlights’.
