Application ERROR and Explorer.EXE

I have received two application errors yesterday and today but the were different, Yesterday was Exception EEXternalExeception in Module KERNELBASE.dll at 000B3E28. External exception EOFAFAFA . Today's was: Explorer.EXE This group or resource in not in the correct state to perform the requested operation. This all started when I got updates yesterday and I was trying to play Microsoft Jig Saw. I was able to play the first two challenges But is would not open My last challenge,

Try using the native System File Checker.
Right click the Start Button and choose Command Prompt (Admin) and type
sfc /scannow
hit enter
let in finish and see what it says.
