I have been logging into my Desktop with a PIN. I forgot my password. Is there a way to Login To my Admin Account Bypassing my password?

You cant think of your password because your thinking too hard. Take a break continue with your PIN.
Try sleeping on it and I bet you will remember the password.

As far as I know you need your password to get into your install.

The only difference might be when using install media to boot into the Recovery options you don't need a password. What you can do from there is limited as far as making changes to your current install but you can perform certain recovery operations.

Install the freeware Mimikatz. It's an open source software and you can run the vault::list command to decrypt the local account password:
