Bugchecks keep happening; how to resolve

I keep getting a Bugcheck without a BSOD but I do get a restart.
How do I resolve this? It does produce a 1.7GB dump which I cannot read.

As a side note, I am getting sporadic BSODs from NDU.SYS and NFTIO.SYS
Could all of this be related?

Any help will be appreciated.
