Yesterday the update showed up on both computers it said downloading and then disappeared now it does not show up as a update how can I update to the new fall update. I am not smart enough for a clean install , I just want to update the 10 that I have.

[Trouble]

Grab the ISO you need from here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench

After obtaining the ISO use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to create a bootable USB ThumbDrive. You can then you that to run Setup.exe from either of those two media devices from within your running Operating System to perform the in-place upgrade to 1511.
OR
IF you are already running Windows 8.1 simply double click the ISO to mount it and run Setup.exe from there.
