Cannot update windows , start menu buggy.

Hi, so i have not been able to update windows, since my update screen is blank and also start menu is buggy. Any solution for this? thanks c:

That screen shot looks as if the color choices under Personalization may have been set to black text on a black background. Have you tried making changes to "Colors" under the Personalization settings?

Hmm... Is Windows Update service running? Search for "Services", and open the Services app. Then look for Windows Update on the list.

the service was not running, i turned it on, and it didn't change a thing . Still a blank update page :/
