Cant find USB in Boot Menu

I made a USB boot disk with Rufus & i cannot Boot to it.
I get Error
I looked in Boot & Boot Menu and there is no USB option.
I tried Legacy & UEIF
I disabled Secure Boot.
How can i get it to boot to USB ?

Some computers will not show a USB boot option unless the device is connected before power up.

It is connected,but does not show up.
Was wondering should it be Fat 32 or NTSB ?

Generally the MCT/Media Creation Tool process formats a USB drive as FAT32, not NTFS to make it bootable.

Please repost with more information, including the error you are getting. Also, please note that some computers display USB sticks as "USB Hard Drive".
