Failed to install update and now cant even find fall creator update in check for update

My laptop was "preparing to installing" fall creator update then I by mistake shut down laptop, now it says in history "failed to install", but when I search for update again it says "your pc is up to date".
I also tried windows 10 upgrade assistant, but it also says you are on latest version.
And I already restarted laptop multiple times but no luck.
what should I do?

The Fall Update is being phased in, so not all computers will receive the update automatically at the same time.
