SR1 Update installation failed

I went to settings-->update, checked for update and saw the SR1.
Update "prepared" my system & said it needed to reboot.
I rebooted, it got to about 60% installed and then popped up the message:
"We couldn't complete the update .... Undoing changes".

I tried this twice with the same results.

Is it my PC or is it Microsoft server overload?
Any ideas what happened?
Did you successfully update?

I found a solution.

In my case, the problem was in the registry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

I had created and then deleted a user profile named "test".
It was still listed in the "Profile List" in the directory.
I deleted that key and then SR1 installed correctly.
