modem driver installation failed

I am Shivam and I want to put a question for you. When I install modem MMX310G 3G USB MANAGER in windows 10, it shows driver installation failed and when open this app it shows no devices. Can you help ne?
Would your mind giving me a solution.

Hi I'm Suraj and when I installing micromax 3G usb modem in window10 , it shows driver installation failed and when I opened it it shows no device.

[Trouble]

You may need a newer driver or perhaps even a firmware update for the device to work properly with Windows 10.
I suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if they have any updates for the device.
