Cant find how to have user list at startup

In Windows 7 at startup it displayed all the set up users and each user could click their own name and go to their desktop. In Windows 10 it goes straight to the desktop of the last person to log off/shutdown. This is annoying! Can I set startup to list the users and have each user select themselves?

On mine, it asked for a password for the last logged on user and the other users were displayed in the bottom left of the screen
