CD PRINT driver problem

Hi All,
I am getting the message that the cd printing driver is not installed with CD Print. ( using an R300 )

Is it by chance an Epson Stylus Photo R300 ??

Have you by chance reinstalled the latest driver and the software yet??

thanks for your reply. Yes it is an Epson Stylus Photo R300 and I have reinstalled latest driver and latest CD Print. Have used for a few years and I suddenly get problems.

Which version of Windows 10 are you on??
Did the problems occur after a recent update maybe?
Can you print 'normal' printouts?
Has there maybe be a Firmware change for your printer?

I am on windows 10 Home. Normal printouts are ok, but when trying to print on disc, tray goes in and out but does not go back in to print. Tried installing older version of Epson Print CD and then get informed of a missing dll. file.
I tried your link but simply said that drivers were included in windows.
