Problem: My clipboard doesn't completely clear after several entries. I have tried shortcuts using commands %windir%\system32\cmd.exe/"echo off|clip and command cmd/echo|clip.
Neither of these work as desktop shortcuts. They only partially erase as in picture 3.
Believe me I am well over my head trying to use these commands.

Restart will completely clear the clipboard if the retain option is not on.
