SOLVED Clock Text Color in Task Bar

I have a simple little issue that I don't know how to solve. After one of the Windows 10 updates the color of the text of the clock in the task bar went from white (grey-ish) like all the other text on the bottom right to black. It is there... I can faintly see it, but the text color is basically the same as the background. I can still click on it and get the calendar and clock time, but I don't want to do that. I want to look there and see what time it is.

Anyone have an idea how to change this back?

Go into the settings - Personalisation and choose a "theme". Then choose a background to your taste.
