After Installing Windows 10 The Time Clock Is Just Spinning And Does Nothing Else

Just recently installed windows10 and now I have a empty desktop with nothing but the spinning circle.can you help me please

How long have you let it sit on that screen?
Any sights or sounds indicating that something is happening (hard disk activity light, noise for the disk drive)?
Have you tried using the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keyboard combination to see if that produces anything?
