Confirm delete

I'm looking for the setting that will bring up the "are you sure you want to delete this file" box instead of the default for Win 10 which deletes as soon as I hit the delete key. Thanks.

Right click at your Recycle Bin > select properties > check the box " Display delete confirmation dialog" > Apply/OK

Now try delete an item.
