Cortana comes to Canada ? Well, she does not recognise me.

Today, we will begin rolling out Cortana to Insiders on Windows 10 Insider Preview builds 10532+ as an optional download to Insiders in Japan and in English for Insiders in Australia and Canada.
Well I am in Canada.
I am running Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Evaluation copy. Build 10532. Cortana worked fine until now.........

Upon reading this news, I went to Region & Language >
1. Changed my region back to Canada.
2. Added a language .... English (Canada)
3. Downloaded the English (Canada) language pack
4. Set it as Default language
5. Restarted as required
6. Tried to enable Cortana
Guess what ?
I get this............

That " will begin rolling out " must take considerable time allowance.
