Cortana in your home?

Looks like Microsoft might be bringing Cortana to perhaps directly compete with the Amazon Alexa / Echo / Dot and the Google "Home" device.

Think of the possibilities, any device could be activated by TVs or Robocalls, if you have an answering machine.
