Since upgrading to 10 on my Tablet a couple of weeks ago I have dealt with a few Cortana malfunctions, after following advice, but she is still not working very well. This has become clear after comparing her with Cortana on my Lumia 8.1 Phone. In addition to persistantly falling back on a web search rather than searching 'stuff', she rarely implements any commands, such as open, launch, run. For example, when I try to get her to open or launch my email programs Outlook or Thunderbird she opens a search for the program in a browser instead. How can I improve on this?
