I have the latest insider version of Windows - Version 1607- o/s build 14393-10
Where the Cortana search bar normally performs -there is only a search space for Windows ( not the web)
How do I turn Cortana on so I can talk and request a web search?
When I go to PC Settings - there is no such option. I also want to speak to Cortana!
Miocrosoft Edge even tells me "Cortana is switched off in windows" What do I do now?
