Cursor flickering on Action Center

Hello!

Whenever I open a quick action on the action center or a menu on the taskbar, the cursor will keep flickering, and then the item becomes unclickable. Moving the flickering highlighted item works with the keyboard.

Can someone please help? Thank you.

Hello guys! Update: I've tried the solution from this article - https://windowsreport.com/mouse-cursor-flickering-in-windows-10/

After updating the mouse and keyboard drivers + restarting File Explorer, the issue seems gone. I'm thinking that it was a driver issue?

Anyway, maybe the above helps anyone with the same issue.
