Darker text on email

I have an eye problem, its seem like my computer as compared with the laptop at my brother , the text is darker and I can read the text. How can I set my email darker? window10.

open Settings > Ease of Access and check your settings there, I cannot really tell you which ones to use so you might need to play around with it a bit:

and it will download a file (click on "Save or Run") with info from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/accessibility or click on the 2nd link and scroll to the bottom!.

Try the built in enhancing feature.
Type, in the search box, Clear Type.
Follow the program through, and in the four or five windows which follow, choose the best one you see. The program filters through the best (for you)

Not sure if this will affect your Email, but, which Email are you using? If the Windows 10 "Mail", you can change the font and/or make it bold.
