Dead Apps

This is a screen shot of my Apps. The Tiles are blank and I cannot delete the or get them to open.
What has happened. Help please.

The only time mine ever showed like that was when I tried to remove them using an incorrect method.

Thanks Gideon, Works fine until the end then a script error in Powershell. Typed everything very carefully but nogo. Thanks anyway
