Every time I shut down my computer, on Re-opening all my icons are re-arranged. It is exceptionally maddening. I saw someone else post this question quite a while ago, (many many months), but have not seen a solution. Is there some way to lock the position of Desktop Icons so Windows m10 doesn't rearrange them like this? Not good performance Microsoft. Show me the solution please!

Right click a blank area of your desktop, from the popup window select view, then select your size of icons then select "align to grid".....that should do it for you.
