SOLVED Directory View

Greetings!

Is there any way to have the File Explorer app to display the directory with the medium icon view auto-magically every time or must I make the view manually each time a new directory opens?

Hi Larry,

open File Explorer > View (top left of the window) and check the box you want, it should remain that way.

I tried it, I clicked "View", "detail Pane", "Medium Icons" but nothing changed when I entered new folders.

O.K. I did it, I went into the "View" then Options" on the far right and made changes there and saved it and bingo, it worked!!!

As Wolfie says, but File explorer - View - Options (At the right end)- Change folder..etc
Vlick the View tab and then "Apply to all folders"
