Do Microsoft Store library junks reappear on a different computer?

I clean installed Windows 10 on my current machine today, then i updated Microsoft Store app. When i go to my library, i see tons of apps i installed in the past. I am confused because i didn't login to my Microsoft account on my PC. I suppose my library is uploaded on Microsoft servers linked to my motherboard identification. I am going to login to my Microsoft account on a different PC tomorrow. Will those junks appear on that PC too? If you have experienced this scenario before, please help.
