Elament not found

Having recently got Windows 10 what ever I press comes up elament not found . And browser home page reads something went wrong try again Ps I am a complete novice

How did you "recently" get Windows 10? New computer (pre-installed)? Upgraded from a previous version of Windows?
How long is "recently"
Do you have all your critical data (if any) backed up safely?
Do you have a current disk image or even better a previous disk image?
