After MS Update, scrolling becomes a problem. I have found a fix, though not permanent.

I uninstall Microsoft kid=4343909 . That solves the scrolling problem on my laptop Windows 10. Although, every day it re installs automatically, and I have to uninstall it again!. This in itself needs a FIX!

The scrolling jumps to the top and bottom of page. It is choppy. It is hard to scroll to a point on a page without it jumping either up or down. Frustrating. Deleting the automatic update ending with Pkid=4343909 solves the problem, BUT it is automatically updated again the next day (or evening).
