Recently, I encountered a blue screen error during operation, indicating that an error had occurred and the system was collecting information for correction. Following this, the system attempted to reboot but was unsuccessful in locating a bootable file. Despite multiple failed attempts, I eventually shut down the system and restarted it without encountering any issues. This situation has occurred several times over the years with consistent results. Is there no way to address this during one of the system upgrades?
