Explorer frequently restarts

Hi,
This has been happening for a couple of months or more. Explorer often restarts when closing some programs.
I've tried a search here, but couldn't find anything. The laptop is only 3 months old.

An example: Sometimes when I close Firefox or Windows Explorer (File explorer) then the taskbar refreshes. (I have desktop icons turned off).
It's like when I have restarted it in Task Manager. It's only a second or two, but it concerns me that it happens a lot.
Any ideas?
