First picture

When I start the computer, Windows 10 has a picture which changes more than once a day. Is there a way to keep one picture which does not change?
I am not referring to the wallpaper which I have chosen and which remains on my desktop. I am referring to the first picture which Windows 10 shows and where the following words appear: "Log In".

Hi Wolfie. Now I wish to wait until I retrieve the acceptable picture for Lock-screen Background. Therefore I have not yet gone to System Settings etc.
