    Hello!
The pictures in my startup was rotating to a picture that was not in my PC. My GF asked me who was this and I did not know. In the start up there are about 5 to 6 pictures that rotate, but this one was not in "My Pictures" file, nor on my PC. After research I determined it to be and Instagram picture that I liked (but never downloaded). How is that possible? I had plenty of pictures in My Picture file, but Windows 10 stilled use that pic?

Please help answer this so I can get out of the dog-house!

Windows 10 displays pictures that aren't yours. It's a Windows 10 startup thing.
