Background pictures...where are they?

Had a hard drive crash and re-installed Win10 on a fresh drive...No when I log in to Win 10, using outlook, my previous settings came across and even my slide show screen saver! These pictures were lost in the HD crash....SO, where are these? Looked in Onedrive and Windows folers but can find them... Anyone help?
