Free Download Manager output the wrong format

Someone I know says he can get Free Download Manager to download an MP3 from a certain URL. I just get HTML, NOT MP3. How can I also get an MP3 download ? The URL is : https://unsw.us13.li...00&e=3b1d6e94ae I'm not posting this to get the MP3 from the above URL, but to discover how to get FDM to output MP3 instead of HTML

Don't know if what I do will satisfy the need but for recording audio from the Internet or other sources I use Total Recorder. It can be set to record anything getting to the speakers/headset [coming out of the sound adapter/card], the source isn't important as long as it can be heard. I checked the link given and didn't find a button on the page for UNSW Centre for Ideas to save what was being played.

Had some time this evening for a follow-up. I just Saved the Complete page as .html and it creates a file plus a folder of the same name with _files added to it, can merely double click the file name it it plays.
