How to permanently Disable Windows Defender on Windows

I don't need advice on troubleshooting, Windows updates, or anything else because my only issue is with Windows Defender.

As stated above, I want to permanently disable Windows Defender without it reactivating automatically. Can anyone provide a definitive solution?
