SOLVED Permanently disable Cortana from running in background

i dont use cortana at all...yet it runs in background eating up resources -like in a scenario where you invite a freeloading homeless person to your home out of act of kindness and over stays his welcome. they say when you disable cortana, it will affect the search feature..how can i not let it affect the search function?

I don't use Cortana at all. I just looked and part of it is using a whole 4.3Mb of memory.

iam always worried about how much resources each program uses...even something small like 4.3MB. i have come to conclusion, that i need search function so for now, i will allow cortana to run as usual. thx tim bro
