How to set up custom hotkeys

    I would like to set up two or three keys which when pressed together would sleep the computer. Eg., Hold down CTRL and SHIFT and press S. I had this when on a Mac. How could I do this in Windows 10 please?

    Or perhaps Winkey then something else?
