SOLVED How to switch windows 10 32 bit to 64 bit

Pc got free upgrade from 7 ultimate 32bit to 10 pro 32bit successfully. Now I consider to switch it to 64bit.
I tried to run "MediaCreationTool64.exe", but it didn't run on current 32bit environment. Can't I get free switching?
Must I purchase 64 bit version in Microsoft Store with payment?

I am not sure if you need to purchase a new license for switching bit version.
I had a difference of opinion with another member regarding this matter.
I said yes, new license was needed.
No one has yet to try it to find out for sure.

In any event, a Clean Install is a must when you switch OS version or Bit version.

Did you try the method below ? If not, would you care to give it a go ?
Burn the 64-bit ISO to a bootable DVD or USB, then use it to do a clean install.
For clean install, you cannot keep anything.

Thank you very much for your advice. The clean install will make trouble a lot for resetting of the applications and data files. I will forget this issue this time. I will consider next when I replace with new workstation. Thank you.
