SOLVED http://ad.doubleclick.net How can i get rid of it?

My computer keeps trying to load content from this site but aIl I get is a screen that says "the address you entered can not be found. I use the back arrow (on the screen) and it goes away but comes right back. I found cookies for this site and deleted them but it did no good. I have found sites that claim to be able to remove it but all they want is to sell me something.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this thing?

Dang.... I hate it when that happens.
