I can't join Minecraft realms "stories" or see chat messages.

When I click the link in the error message ("Oops! You need permissions first"), it directs me to this page (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...e-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one) and tells me I can't view my privacy settings because my parent hasn't allowed it. However, I'm the only person in my "family." I also can't adjust the settings on the website.
