I deleted my Bluetooth while trying to fix it

Today my Bluetooth broke and I looked up a tutorial on how to fix it, I followed the tutorial and accidently pressed the DELETE button instead of the UPDATE button on device manager. I looked up solutions on how to fix it but none of them seem to work. If anyone with more computer knowledge than me can try to help me out that would be appreciated.

Perhaps - or "uninstalled" it you mean you "disabled" it? Just confirm?

Select Device Manager by performing a right-click on the Start menu expand it by finding Network Adapters uninstall Bluetooth Device by choosing it.
Go to the drivers part of your PC manufacturer's website Install the required driver that you downloaded and after that restart your PC.
