What if System32 deleted?

Hello,

If System32 accidently deleted, can it be fixed on CMD or the only way to fix it is USB(Clean install)?

That is a critical folder and Yes, reinstall would be necessary, either from a USB or a DVD depending upon what the computer can use. I create the Bootable DVD disc from the .iso file downloaded using the MCT/Media Creation Tool or the Bootable USB Thumb drive using the same tool. Check the size needed, the DVD may need the 8GB DVD+R/DL disc and best for the Thumb drive to be 8GB.
