Restore DEFAULT registry file in system32.

Hello
I have corrupted DEFAULT registry file in /system32/config. It is possible to repair or recreate this file? I don't have a registry backup or restore point.
The PC with my DEFAULT file gave a bsod. When I remove DEFAULT file the system goes to lock srceen and nothing more. I can't login to pc.
