SOLVED Restore Windows To Default Size

Greetings all,

I'm not sure what happened but I may have adjusted a window to a larger size manually. Anyway, my windows sizes are stuck on maximize. I've searched to no avail then I found you. I use SevenForums a lot for my piece of crap hp desktop. This Dell Inspiron 3537 came with the dreaded windows 8, concurred as awful by all users that I know...so I installed Windows 10 on it.

I hope somebody can help me. I have this weird thing about being able to use all the functions available, ya know? lol

I finally ran across the answer for my plea...
I have a Dell laptop and it's on for tablet settings. I turned the tablet charm on the start menu and now I can resize my windows.

Does this thing exist on Toshiba, I face the same problem, but I couldn't find the tablet charm
