Deleted Emails keep reappearing.

Hi,

So after I deleted my emails both from outlook account online and from my phone, as soon as the page refreshes all the emails that I deleted reappear again in my inbox and also are in my deleted folder. I then deleted them all from the deleted folder by they still keep reappearing in my inbox. Inbox starting to get very clogged up. How can I resolve this issue please. I just can't get rid of them.

are you using a Windows based Cloud Service like Onedrive?, if you are, that might explain it?.

I too have the same trouble and not use One Drive, as in fact One drive is removed from my system. This error has plagued me for years, requiring me delete several times, finally they do remove.
